Want Advice Guy wants to help sexually starved sister-in-law

My sister-in-law’s husband is an alcoholic and she is sex-starved. They have been married for 10 years and have no kids. When we visit her, I’ve noticed that she gets cosy with me. Even my wife has noticed this. I think she is sexually deprived and wish to have sex with her to put her out of her misery. What precautions should I take? I am prepared to keep my wife in the loop.

It is very magnanimous of you to play saviour, but why not try to rescue her husband from alcoholism instead? I’d suggest you keep away and save them from more trouble.
